STARK TRAINING, a leader in rapid transformation of elite athletes, has been training these eight NFL hopefuls for the past two months. Under the direction of Scot Prohaska, the Vice President of Athlete Development for STARK TRAINING, they have worked meticulously to improve their overall athleticism to impress NFL coaches, general managers and scouts in late February.
STARK and Prohaska worked individually with each athlete to create a customized diet, supplement plan, and workouts tailored to improve specific areas such as speed, strength and agility. Beginning February 23rd these eight elite individuals, along with only several hundred others, will compete in this showcase to improve their overall chances for the NFL draft in 2013.
Between STARK’s ability to induce rapid body composition changes, lower stress levels and improve recovery and Prohaska’s in-depth understanding of sports performance and explosive strength, these athletes feel not only prepared, but also enthusiastic for the opportunity.
“I’m confident these athletes will perform above expectations at the NFL Combine,” states Prohaska. “They have all put in a tremendous amount of effort and dedication to this sport they love. It’s very rewarding for these men and myself to see their stats improve so dramatically.”
