OpenSymmetry Launches Strategy Survey to Help Companies Compare Effectiveness of SPM

Free survey is the first of its kind to focus on identifying areas of maturity within the four main pillars of SPM.

OpenSymmetry, a global sales performance management (SPM) consulting firm, has launched the first industry research study that focuses exclusively on helping companies compare the health of their end-to-end SPM processes against industry benchmarks. The 10-minute survey will enable participating companies to better understand how they rank on the SPM maturity spectrum and gain actionable insight into areas needing improvement.

The SPM Strategy Survey provides participating companies with a series of ‘health check’ questions around their current SPM strategy to determine whether programs need to be fixed, implemented or optimized. After completing the survey, participants will receive their overall SPM Power Rating based on an analysis of how their organization compares with peers across areas such as hiring, onboarding, training and coaching, sales operations, quota and territory management and sales compensation.

The survey is available today at no cost, and can be accessed here. Answers will be kept strictly confidential. Preliminary survey results will be reported in aggregate this June and shared with those who participate before May 31. Final results will be announced in Q4.
