This will be the second win if they prevail, having also won in 2004.

With a history in Palm Springs, dating back to 1984, the kennel club is a well-established tradition that enjoys a pristine reputation for excellence. PSKC as has been listed among the five largest shows in the country by AKC for many years. Their current outdoor show site is located at the beautiful Empire Polo Club in Indio. All Breed Shows are scheduled for January 5 and 6, 2013, with Specialty Shows scheduled for January 3 and 4 at this venue. Excitement has begun to build among both local and out of town dog enthusiasts.

Schmett, himself a pet lover, commented that he always looks forward to the January shows. “Naturally dog lovers are attracted to this nationally famous show, but I think attendees are always surprised when they see what a beautiful valley this desert really is. Obedience and Rally trials usually precede the show by a couple of days.
