Passenger announces the addition of Liz Dyer, Senior Marketing Director and Kristine Dow, Operations Director, Client Services to its team. Dyer, who joins Passenger from Dell, will lead the marketing team and provide strategic and tactical direction to the company’s efforts in this area. Dyer was most recently the marketing lead for Dell’s entrepreneur-focused initiatives. While at Dell, she was responsible for several company-wide programs that targeted strategic audiences in Dell’s small and medium business unit. Dyer has also held marketing positions at Bugaboo and Marketwired, helping the respective companies grow significant market share.
Kristine Dow will lead Operations for the Passenger’s NY team where she will be responsible for evolving the client services department, with a focus on building scalable processes and training. Kristine joins Passenger with over 20 years experience in client services in the insights space. Her background includes key roles at Ipsos Interactive Services where she was Director of the US Project Management Team and The NPD Group where she was Account Manager.
