This popular Pathways breakfast, which attracts over 600 community leaders, medical professionals, philanthropists, and other hospice supporters, will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012, at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Since it began the event has raised almost $4 million in support of hospice and home health services.
“Pathways Hospice is extremely grateful for Wells Fargo’s continued sponsorship of our breakfast,” said Sandy Coolidge, Pathway’s Vice President of Admissions, Community Relations & Philanthropy. “Our work of caring for patients and their families when they are facing the end of life and serious illness is made possible through the financial support of our donors and sponsors like Wells Fargo,”
