Launching for the first time on Father’s Day, June 17th, Rolling Stone / LA’s Sunday Brunch features a truly inspired menu by Executive Chef Chris Ennis, to be enjoyed against a backdrop of music line-ups that include everything from contemporary acoustic sets, to ‘Breakfast with the Beatles’ and the classic rock station, KLOS on June 24th. Located within Hollywood & Highland, Rolling Stone / LA features dining al fresco in the patio, or inside amongst lighting and décor that’s as unique as the restaurant itself. As in fact, Rolling Stone /LA is Rolling Stone’s only venue in nation.
Brunch offerings include everything from an Organic Eggwhich with Apple Smoked Bacon, melted Aged Cheddar, Chipotle Tomato Chutney, all served on a Brioche Bun; to Buttermilk Poppy Seed Pancakes, Served with Honey Grilled Peaches and Spiced Pecan Butter; and an organic omelette with fire beans, chorizo, pickled market peppers, melted pepperjack and two chili sauces (aptly named ‘Red Hot Chili Peppers’). For the health conscious, options include an ode to Madonna with an Egg White Omelette with Tofu, Spinach, Pinenuts, Feta, and Olive Oil Poached Tomatoes; to a Parfait of Greek Yogurt with Macerated Fresh Berries, Toasted Pistachio Granola, served with a Citrus Marmelade.
Brunch will be served from 10AM – 3PM on Sundays (at 9:00 am on Sunday June 24 for ‘Breakfast with the Beatles’); the restaurant is open daily for lunch, dinner and late night happy hour from 11AM – midnight.
