Hilton Head Island, SC (PRWEB) January 01, 2013
Rental homes and villas managed by Resort Rentals of Hilton Head are housing guests from all parts of the country said Property Manager in Charge, Mark Westbrook. “We have numerous guests outside the country as well, usually this time of the year our friends from the north (Canada) come to escape the bone chilling cold. And why wouldn’t they, it is absolutely beautiful down here (Hilton Head Island) in the winter, I played a round of golf just yesterday.”
Westbrook and his employees have noticed an uptick in their rental sales this holiday season. “My guess”, said Westbrook, “is that our properties have seen more visitors not just because of the nice warm winter weather, but Hilton Head offers a vast array of events and activities that entertain families – I think that plays a strong part in attracting people.
“Hilton Head Island has a lot to offer everyone, foodies, wine lovers, car lovers, golf players, shoppers and of course the world class beaches and world class spas. We also have a lot of cultural heritage and appreciation for living life.”
Westbrook pointed to an example of the islands cultural heritage, February, he said, is when the entire island celebrates the Gullah history, music and food that is unique to Hilton Head. In March, the Food and Wine Festival begins. “There are numerous Hilton Head Island vacation activities here on the island,” he added.
Resort Rentals has a Facebook page and blogs, keeping everyone in the loop of the islands happenings.
