Sabai Technology will join leaders in the open source movement Friday, June 7th through Sunday, June 9th, at Charlotte, North Carolina’s SouthEast LinuxFest. Described as “a community event for anyone who wants to learn more about Linux and Free & Open Source software,” SouthEast LinuxFest, or SELF, is in its fifth year.

Sabai Technology has announced plans to present its newest innovation in advanced home networking at the event. During a demonstration titled “JaiRo: Bringing Open Source Routing To Everyone,” Sabai Founder and CEO William Haynes will present the product concept, development status, and explain how the open source community can help move the routing project forward. This will be the first public unveiling of JaiRo product details, including sneak peaks at the interface and information about the underlying structure.

Also at the event, Sabai Technology staff member Tim Fowler will speak at multiple sessions. Tim is a veteran of SELF events, although this is his first time presenting. Both Tim and William share the schedule with impressive names from the open source community, including Dave Stokes from Oracle. The company will also have a presence in the expo hall of the event for the entire weekend, which is free and open to the public for the duration of the conference.

"As a gold level sponsor at the SELF 2013 event, we are so excited to support this community and for the opportunity to share what we have been working on here at Sabai Technology," says company founder and CEO William Haynes. "This is the largest gathering of Linux users in the Southeast and we think they are going to be really excited about what Sabai is doing."
