Smartware Group, Inc., provider of the leading cloud-based Bigfoot CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) solution, reported that first quarter 2013 yielded the most sales revenues in one quarter since the company was founded in 2002.
“Bigfoot CMMS users continue to report on our solution’s value, from easy and quick implementations to preventive maintenance cost savings, asset decision support, and reliable technical support that prompts customers to push for making Bigfoot CMMS their enterprise standard,” said Paul Lachance, President of Smartware Group. “Our historic top line revenues are proof that Bigfoot users are more than our customers – they are our partners.”
Smartware Group added nearly 30 new customers last quarter, including California-based Richwood Meat Company, 113-year-old electromechanical device producer Sparton Electronics, and a division of construction equipment manufacturer giant John Deere. International partners also teamed up with Smartware Group to provide greater local sales and support options for existing and prospective Bigfoot CMMS users. The company also introduced a new product SQL Data Views in Q1 for custom reporting, analysis, and data archiving.
During 2012, Smartware Group gained recognition as a growing company with a proven track record for customer satisfaction, product innovation, and strong operations and financial growth. The company garnered several industry awards for Bigfoot CMMS, ranked among the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing U.S. companies, and was designated a Free Enterprise Honoree by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
“Our track record for customer satisfaction, last quarter’s historic revenues, industry recognition and growing brand awareness positions Smartware Group for continued growth,” Lachance added. “In the short-and long-term, we will be expanding our product portfolio with innovative solutions that will not only integrate with enterprise-wide business systems and save our customers on maintenance costs, but they will earn the attention of their company executives.”
