The Meadows trauma and addiction treatment center is sponsoring a free lecture in Dallas, Texas on Tuesday, Oct. 16 presented by Julie Patrick, LCSW, on the topic of “Voices From the Deep. . .How Family Loyalties Impact Adult Choices.” It will be held at the Unity Church of Dallas Sanctuary from 7:00 to 8:30pm and no registration is required.

The Meadows trauma and addiction treatment center is sponsoring a free lecture in Dallas, Texas on Tuesday, Oct. 16 presented by Julie Patrick, LCSW, on the topic of “Voices From the Deep. . .How Family Loyalties Impact Adult Choices.” It will be held at the Unity Church of Dallas Sanctuary from 7:00 to 8:30pm and no registration is required.

The presentation will analyze the repetitive patterns of family loyalties while sharing strategies to break destructive loyalties using psychodramatic demonstrations. Psychodrama employs guided dramatic action to examine problems or issues raised by an individual or a group. Using experiential methods, psychodrama facilitates insight, personal growth, and integration on cognitive, affective, and behavioral levels.    

Patrick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is in private practice in Dallas, TX. She is a nationally certified practitioner in Psychodrama, Sociometry, and group psychotherapy.

Patrick has over 20 years of experience guiding clients through the early, middle and ongoing stages of recovery from alcoholism, drug abuse, eating disorders and love/sex addiction.

The Meadows Wickenburg sponsors free lectures in various cities throughout the country. Speakers include local therapists familiar with The Meadows’ model. Lectures are free and open to the public.
