What this means for our users and customers is they can engage innovative and customized mobile tools to easily stay connected to what matters most – whether that is education, information, health tracking tools, patient management tools, and more.
Fort Washington, PA (PRWEB) March 20, 2013
US HealthConnect (USH), a leading conglomerate of healthcare education and information companies, announced today it has signed an agreement to acquire substantially all the healthcare assets of Complemedia, including multiple mobile medical apps, mobile-to-web interfaces, and mobile app codes. This technology acquisition by USH follows its 2011 acquisition of ReachMD and fuels expansion of its development of mobile-to-web dynamic interfaces, including mobile content management systems and learning management systems.
“Complemedia’s assets integrate seamlessly into our strategic mission to provide medical information and education across all reliable platforms,” said Frank Russomano, President and CEO of USH. “What this acquisition means for our users and customers is they can engage innovative and customized mobile tools to easily stay connected to what matters most – whether that is education, information, health tracking tools, patient management tools, and more.”
Complemedia’s apps and other mobile assets have been leveraged to develop mobile solutions across multiple industry sectors including pharmaceutical, device, medical media, radio and internet broadcast, education, and hospital systems.
“We have worked in partnership with USH subsidiaries for a number of years on developing customized mobile solutions, and this natural progression to their acquisition of assets will generate immediate benefits to their internal teams and their broad base of users and customers. We remain a strategic partner to USH and look forward to their continued growth,” said Michael Zeinfeld, CEO of Complemedia.
