Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) May 06, 2013
J.J. Kane today announced a large construction equipment auction to be held in Cincinnati, OH, Thursday, May 9, 2013, at 9 a.m. at Florence KY Turfway Park. There will be more than 550 pieces of equipment including used bucket trucks, construction and underground equipment, power line and utility equipment, utility trucks, light-duty vehicles and trailers. Equipment auctioned is surplus to the present needs of: Duke Energy, Asplundh Tree Expert Co., Area Utility Contractors, National Utility Equipment Company, Late Model Rental Returns. In addition, there will be equipment from CWG Tree, a Cincinnati contractor who is discontinuing operations and liquidating assets.
The auction is live, on-site in Cincinnati, OH and will also be available online including equipment off-site from remote locations across the country. J.J. Kane is well-known for used bucket truck and heavy equipment auctions. J.J. Kane auctions also feature many used light-duty trucks, cars and SUV's. One of the benefits of a J.J. Kane auction is that bidders and sellers do not have to be present to participate. Transactions can be done online, saving the cost of travel, and J.J. Kane will help you every step of the way.
All auctions are absolute, meaning that everything sells to the highest bidder, regardless of price. There are no minimums or reserves at an absolute auction, and owners are not allowed to bid on equipment they have consigned to the auction. Selling price is determined by the bidders participating in the auction, and no one else. The auction offers direct access to the equipment contractors need, and differs from other auctions in that bidders do not have to be a dealer to buy. Anyone can register and connect directly with the sellers through J.J. Kane, which allows both parties the ability to exchange equipment at a fair price.
"JJ Kane provides the services that are important to buyers and sellers in the way that is most convenient for them. Sellers benefit from a convenient and cost-effective way to sell equipment for competitive market value. Buyers can kick the tires and inspect items personally, or if they prefer, they can make purchases online without the time and expense incurred with traveling to an auction,” says Joe Kane, founder of J.J. Kane Auctioneers.
