Velocity Commercial Capital, a national real estate lender specializing in originating and securitizing small-balance commercial loans, announces the addition of Troy Kane to its originations team. In his role as Senior Loan Officer, Kane will continue to expand Velocity’s East Coast presence as a leader in the commercial lending arena.

Kane brings more than 20 years in the mortgage finance industry to his post at Velocity. Prior to his appointment, Kane managed a team of national sales representatives at Interbay Funding, a subsidiary of Bayview Financial. In this role, Troy was the top producing originator for eight straight years, and successfully managed the firm’s largest accounts.
