Alpharetta, GA (PRWEB) March 28, 2013

ZCorum, a leading provider of managed broadband services and diagnostics software, announced today the release of new features for TruVizion, its award winning diagnostics platform for cable and telco operators. The new features include a post installation report and a graphical view of bandwidth use over time.

The Post Installation Report is a daily snapshot of new modems installed that were in an alert condition at the end of that day. According to Scott Helms, Vice President of Technology at ZCorum, this enables operators to have a record of those modems that were out of spec after installation. "While we had the ability to display up to 90 days of historical modem levels, this new report provides an additional tool for operators to monitor the quality of their installs."

Another new enhancement allows providers to view a graphical display of a subscriber's upstream and downstream data transfer over the last 24 hours, which Helms said is useful when troubleshooting a customer whose issue may be related to high bandwidth use. "Seeing the total bandwidth transferred is helpful, but sometimes you need to drill in a little further to see exactly when that data was transferred," said Helms. "We're continually adding features in TruVizion that help providers be more efficient and responsive, which leads to lower operational costs and happier customers.”
