Alliance Benefit Group North Central States, Inc. is pleased to announce a new addition to their leadership team; Wade Dykema has been hired as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Wade comes to Alliance Benefit Group with nearly 20 years’ experience in the retirement plan industry and a strong understanding of the company's valued client relationships – their advisor and broker partnerships, their plan sponsors – and the collaborative efforts put forth by all to carry out the essential objective: participant success.

With Alliance Benefit Group’s continued growth, President Steven Pulley recognized the need for additional high-level support within the sales and marketing departments. “As our sales staff continues developing new relationships, and marketing efforts expand, our team deserves a devoted leader who can offer support promoting their individual successes while stimulating Alliance Benefit Group’s growth. Wade will be their resource,” stated Pulley.

Wade received a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, where he majored in business administration, with concentrations in finance and accounting. In his free time, Wade enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors camping, hiking, boating, and riding snowmobile. Originally from Aberdeen, SD, Wade, his two daughters, and his wife, Melissa, now make their home in Maple Grove, MN.
