AI-Therapy Launches an Innovative Program to Help People Overcome Social Anxiety

AI-Therapy has launched a new online program, Overcome Social Anxiety, for those who suffer from social anxiety and related disorders. The program gathers information about the specific symptoms of a user, and automatically tailors an individualized treatment program using the latest evidence-based techniques.

AI-Therapy has launched Overcome Social Anxiety, a new approach for the online treatment of social anxiety and shyness.

Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is used to target the thoughts and behaviors that underlie the user’s symptoms. For example, if a user has difficulties speaking to authority figures, the program uses exercises to challenge the thoughts and behaviors maintaining the problem.
