Ansafone Contact Centers, one of the nation’s leading contact center outsourcing companies, announced that Wade Hauser has joined the company as their Vice President of Customer Acquisitions. Wade is located at Ansafone’s new Eastern Region Operations in Ocala, FL office and will oversee the acquisition of new large accounts operations.

Mr. Hauser has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. He began his career in telecommunications with AT&T where he was the winner of several “Customer Excellence Awards.” He has held positions with industry leaders Siemens, Comtel International, and Prosodie Interactive. Wade has delivered consulting engagements on Voice, Data, and Interactive Voice Response, all important Ansafone service deliverables. He is an active member of SOCAP and served as the Georgia Chapter President and Chair for SOCAP International.
