“Generating repeat business is the main goal of any serious organization,” said company spokesman Josh Fraser. “And, we know from experience that great customer service is what keeps customers coming back. So, setting a higher customer service standard for repeat customers just makes sense.”
Under the plan, as soon as a customer makes more than one public document purchase from the company their name and phone number will be tagged in the system.
Then, whenever they call from their home phone or cell phone, or contact them from their dedicated mobile device, they will be routed to the most experienced customer service representative currently available, Fraser said.
“This way they can always know that they will be dealing with an expert who has the experience to respond to even their most complicated question or concern,” Fraser said. “In addition, they will have a call back option if they don't want to be on hold.”
The call back option means that a VIP customer service representative will call the customer directly as soon as they are available if the customer is calling during a peak time.
“All in all, this is designed to streamline the customer service experience for our most important customers,” Fraser said. “We want to build customer loyalty and VIP customer service is the way to go forward and make that happen.”
The VIP program will be rolled out by the end of February, Fraser said.
