On April 25, Atlanta wine shop invited interested patrons to a wine dinner event scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 14 at 6:30 pm at Watershed restaurant on Peachtree Road. Chef Joe Truex and Winemaker Curt Schalchlin of Sans Liege are teaming up to host a wine dinner with five courses and six wines. Chef Truex has compiled a menu of local ingredients, including Wild Georgia Shrimp, Border Springs Lamb and Georgia grown strawberries. Curt produces stunning wines in small quantities from the Central Coast of California, using Rhone varietals such as Grenache Blanc and Syrah-Mouvedre blends.
