Several Physical Therapists who are students and graduates of Hands-On Seminars, a NY based continuing education organization, have reported that they participated in the rescue efforts on the side of the medical teams of the Boston marathon.

Many of these PTs had volunteered to help during the marathon as part of the medical teams and when the bombing occurred, they aided the rescue effort of several of the wounded people.

Dr. Kostopoulos and Dr. Rizopoulos, founders of Hands-On Seminars, released today the following announcement: "Our hearts go out to all the victims and their families. We are so proud of all the PTs who helped the rescue efforts. Moments like these bring some of the highest qualities of the human spirit."
