Through the partnership, corporate and leisure travel agencies can seamlessly use Cabforce in their workflow to offer customers unrivaled door-to-door service.
The ability to add important content, such as Cabforce’s network of taxis, executive cars, and minibuses, demonstrates the power of the Travelport Universal Desktop. The integration is currently being piloted with selected agencies before going live and available to all Universal Desktop users in the first quarter of 2013.
Providing true door-to-door service has been previously impossible in Europe due to the fragmentation of taxi supply. Cabforce consolidates the market by partnering with certified local fleets and providing a unified ride experience with 24/7 customer service in 30+ cities across Europe.
