This holiday season, local photo booth rental company, Capture POD, partners with the Children’s Cancer Fund, an affiliate of the Jackson Memorial Foundation, to give pediatric oncology patients a special photo op with Santa at the Fourteenth Annual Holiday Celebration. The event will take place on Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle’s Family Center, 7303 SW 64th Street, Miami, FL.
Pediatric patients and their families will be able to take pictures sitting or standing with Santa during his visit from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. using Capture POD’s new open-style photo booth called the RAZZI. The booth does not have an enclosure and will be set up in front of Santa’s chair. With the hit of a button, families will be able to take pictures that will print instantly on-site. Prints will be given to families as special holiday keepsakes free of charge. “Since Polaroid went out of business, it has been really challenging for us to provide that special photo,” said Letitia Cason, Certified Child Life Specialist and organizer of the event. “I know the families will be so happy with this beautiful gift!”
