Toronto, ON (PRWEB) November 06, 2012
Strong growth for Collective Point of Sale Solutions Ltd., a leading payment processor and merchant services provider, has continued in 2012. Important key financial measures exceeded expectations, demonstrating Collective POS's continued success in processing more than $1 billion worth of debit and credit transactions annually.
For the nine-month period ended September 30, 2012 the number of actively processing accounts advanced 20 per cent and revenues increased 17 per cent as compared to the same period last year.
“These results are a great source of pride as we continue to grow rapidly in our second decade serving small to medium-sized businesses,” said Michael Back, president and CEO, Collective Point of Sale Solutions Ltd. “We now serve nearly 12,000 actively processing accounts and process in excess of $100 million worth of payment transactions per month in processing volume.”
“This year, we’ve expanded our ability to provide industry-leading business solutions on several fronts,” Back added. “We invested in technology to provide faster payment processing solutions with our VeriFone Optimum P.O.S. terminals and the addition of Interac Online to our suite of services. We also invested in human resources to extend customer and technical support hours. All of this has added up to the revenue and processing volume growth we are reporting today – and better service to our target market.”
Back stated that Collective POS continues to gather strength by executing on its business plan, managing growth and achieving significant momentum, which he said “will move to the next, higher level in the year ahead.”
