Document management company, MES Hybrid Document Systems, Inc. (MES), announces the completion of a project for Zive Financial Inc. (ZFI). MES migrated ZFI to a paperless environment to improve customer service, save money and reduce the physical office space required to store paper documents.

MES developed and implemented a document imaging and management solution that aligned with the ZFI’s core objectives and budget which combined MES’ document scanning services with FileBound Express. Integrating with the company’s existing business system, the MES solution allows users to scan, collaborate and archive client files while automating business workflows.
FileBound Express is a hardware based document management system that attached to ZFI’s existing network. MES scanned and indexed 45,000 member files into the FileBound Express system.
