The journal will be including two research papers by students in every issue

Taking a novel, and noble, initiative for encouraging original research, ELK Journals has entered into a partnership with two management institutes for publication of research papers. The company will be publishing two papers written by management scholars in every quarterly issue of its journals. The colleges, on the other hand, have subscribed to the journal for three years, as these are valuable sources of knowledge for students.

ELK Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Retail Management will give an opportunity to students pursuing a course in marketing management to express their thoughts through research papers and share them with peers. Similarly, ELK Asia Pacific Journal of Finance and Risk Management will be a platform for students from the finance stream. Since both these fields of study are highly dynamic, there is a lot of new research being done for improving the policies and processes. Speaking about the tie-up, Mr. Puneet Chadha, Director, said that a transparent procedure has been designed to publish the research papers written by students. The company will call for entries at the commencement of every quarter and the papers submitted will go through a thorough review by the editorial board at EECPL.

Students at the management colleges have to submit a dissertation for completing their course. While working for the dissertations, they prepare many short research papers. If they are found to be valuable enough, these papers can be published in academic journals. Students may submit the papers either before or after the completion of research work for the dissertation. For submission of papers, scholars can send a mail to support(at)elkjournals(dot)com
