The North American headquarters for Engel & Völkers, the international real estate firm based in Hamburg, Germany, today announced that it has signed a lease to occupy space on the 11th floor of 430 Park Avenue in New York City, moving from its current location in 420 Lexington Avenue, where it has operated since 2008.

This location will not only provide us with more space to meet the needs of our expanding operations, it is also going to be a creative and collaborative environment which embodies the unique qualities of our brand.”
From its new headquarters, Engel & Völkers will continue to provide centralized operational support, including marketing and advertising programs, use of its proprietary technology platforms, access to a worldwide network, and specialized training opportunities to ensure the distinct level of high quality service that is the trademark of the brand.
The corporate office currently manages license agreements for Engel & Völkers brokerages throughout the U.S. and in Mexico. Since the beginning of 2013, the company has opened additional Engel & Völkers brokerages in Wellington, Florida; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Los Cabos, Mexico.
