Simplifile's E-Recording Service Now Available in Bethel and Kuskokwim Recording Districts in Alaska

Simplifile is spearheading the industry, and we will continue to provide our customers with the best e-recording service available.

BETHEL, Alaska (PRWEB) May 10, 2013

Simplifile, the e-recording industry’s largest and fastest-growing service provider, has added two additional Alaska recording districts, Bethel and Kuskokwim, to its network, bolstering the state recorder’s efforts to fully adopt e-recording in all 34 districts by the end of June.

“We’re working hard to support the Alaska state recorder’s goal to get the remaining seven districts equipped for e-recording, and we are pleased with the progress that has been made so far,” said Paul Clifford, president of Simplifile. “As more and more title companies, banks and attorneys begin to use Simplifile, the demand for the remaining jurisdictions across the nation to adopt e-recording continues to increase.”

There are currently 27 out of 34 Alaska recording districts enabled for e-recording, all of which started e-recording with Simplifile.

“Simplifile is spearheading the industry and we will continue to provide our customers with the best e-recording service available,” said Paul Clifford, president of Simplifile.

Simplifile’s e-recording service provides document submitters with the ability to electronically scan, upload and send documents to the recorder’s office online, eliminating mail, paper, checks, postage and time spent travelling to or standing in line at the recorder or clerk’s office. Ultimately, documents are processed more quickly, efficiently, and conveniently by e-recording.

E-Recording has also helped to increase document security and reduce the number of rejections and errors that commonly occur with traditional, paper document recording.
