Joltcast is a brand new type of podcast series developed to help executives and leaders navigate today’s challenging pace and work environments. The intention of each Joltcast is to engage leaders in a type of coaching session with Jeff Smith and best-selling authors that gives them a quick development “Jolt” in just 15 minutes.
