With top retailers announcing an early start, FatWallet’s Black Friday Deal Finder will change over on Sunday, Nov. 25 to present online shoppers with a slick one-stop resource to compare thousands of Cyber Monday sale items. Featuring an intuitive user-friendly interface, the Cyber Monday Deal Finder allows shoppers to filter all online deals by store, category, brand and price range, and review important details for additional coupons, free shipping and other exclusive savings.
“It‘s not surprising that Cyber Monday is trending to start early like Black Friday did this year,” stated FatWallet Spokesperson, Brent Shelton. “We’ve readied FatWallet to switch on the fly so shoppers can compare live deals quickly in one stop and go make smarter purchases."
FatWallet announced the results of their 2012 Cyber Monday Shopping Survey on Wednesday Nov. 21. The survey revealed that 62% of shoppers expect to find the best holiday season deals on Cyber Monday, 87% plan to spend the same or more than they did last year and 58% will be shopping for both themselves and others.
“After last year’s biggest online shopping day ever, we believe retailers will not disappoint Cyber Monday shoppers in 2012,” continued Shelton. “And like last year, our members will make these deals even better by taking advantage of increased cash back from more than 200 top stores."
Survey Methodology: This study was commissioned by FatWallet and conducted online by Amplitude Research during the third week of November and had 600 total online survey respondents with a maximum sampling error of +/- 4.0 percentage points.
