Inline Filling Systems has recently introduced a new servo positive displacement filling machine line designed to provide flexible filling options for almost any product in any fill volume. The servo filler's computer program tracks fractional rotation of a dedicated pump for each nozzle. With such precise tracking, the filler is able to identify and repeat exactly how much liquid product has been filled. Once the desired product volume has been filled to the target volume, each pump and filling nozzle is instantly turned off. This process results in highest accuracy fills of your specific product.

In addition, various nozzle selections are available for specific liquid filling machine product usage. Internal shutoff nozzles are ideal for stringier products such as soaps and creams. External shutoff nozzles are designed for chunky particulates and swaged internal nozzles are best for hot sauces. There are also many specialty nozzles such as showerhead nozzles for towelette applications.
