When you confirm someone as your Facebook friend, you invite them into your life
Tel Aviv, Israel (PRWEB) April 29, 2013
Safemoods announced today its latest partnership with an educational organization. French publishing house Hatier will feature Safemoods videos and images in the English language teaching book "Welcome 4e" and accompanying DVD. The expected publishing date of the materials is July 2013.
The key Safemoods video to be featured is "Red Riding Mood, Chapter 1". The video is the first of a series of clips that show kids in a fun and nonthreatening way, how to stay safe when using social media. The key message of this modern twist on the familiar little red ridinghood story is: "When you confirm someone as your Facebook friend, you invite them into your life. Confirm only people you know."
Safemoods features a series of videos that take place in the fictional Mood Town, where Little Red Riding Mood is an avid Facebook user.
Safemoods is the creation of the Funmoods creative team, who also developed emoticons and smileys for social media. As the Funmoods community grew to over 10 million users, the team wanted to provide appealing and valuable messaging about safe social media usage.
To date, many schools and educational institutions have shown the Safemoods videos to their students. Additional Safemoods educational partners are listed on the Safemoods homepage.
Established in 2009, Funmoods develops, designs, and markets highly engaging software that adds rich content to social networks communication channels, and is enjoyed by millions of daily active users. The Funmoods products include the Funmoods animated emoticons for social network chats and messaging; Greetingmoods humorous animated greeting cards to be sent via social networks for a range of occasions; and Safemoods entertaining animations that educate kids on how to be safe online and in particular on social networks. http://home.funmoods.com/.
