Today Gazelles Growth Institute (GGI) announced the rollout of its Topgrading course that will train C-level executives in how to accurately identify and hire top performers for their organizations. The six-week program developed by Dr. Brad Smart, acknowledged to be the world's foremost expert on hiring, will begin on February 14, 2013 and be available to the first 40 companies registered on the GGI learning platform.
Dr. Smart has taught leading companies such as General Electric, Honeywell, and the American Heart Association how to use Topgrading to hire and promote more productive, high performance employees. The principles are in such demand that in 2012 "Topgrading" made the New York Times and Wall Street Journal best seller lists and for a brief period of time was the #1 best seller of all 17 million books sold in the US. Participants in the Gazelles program will have an advantage in mastering the skills of evaluating resumes and pinpointing the best candidates. They will be taught with a hybrid-educational approach consisting of video instruction supported by customized coaching and guided implementation.

The class will begin with a four-hour overview video and introduction to an in-depth training manual. Then students will login to a series of six, 90-minute webinars where they can interact with a Topgrading certified coach and other students to share their experiences, successes, and failures with the methodology over the span of the program.
During the class, a Topgrading Certified Coach will also conduct a one-on-one, 90-minute consultation with each student to walk them through the implementation of Topgrading at their organization. All the materials from the class, will be recorded into a learning portal, accessible for up to a year. At the completion of the course, students will be fully ready to implement the Topgrading methodology and hire more A-Players.
