The company known for providing hearing aids in Atlanta—Atlanta Hearing Associates—now offers a larger selection of digital hearing aids.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) January 20, 2013

The company known for providing hearing aids in Atlanta—Atlanta Hearing Associates—now offers a larger selection of digital hearing aids. The company recently embraced the digital revolution that is taking over hearing advancements in the United States. While digital hearing aids have been available for many years, the new advancements include dual microphones that can identify the source of noise and reduce it, open technology that keeps the ear canal unobstructed and eliminates the “talking in a barrel” effect, feedback cancellation, and hands-free technology that automatically adjusts to new environments.

The digital revolution allows patients to choose from a wider range of products. Atlanta Hearing Associates offers three basic technology levels: Economy, Value and Advanced. Each level offers digital hearing solutions based on the level of the patient’s hearing loss, lifestyle, and budget. Wireless technology included in these new digital hearing aids allows patients to hear cell phones, the television, and home phone in stereo all directly through their hearing aids.

When asked about the service at Atlanta Hearing Associates, customer Dr. Alice Wilson said, “I’ve had hearing loss for my whole life and I’ve been wearing aids for about 20 years, on and off. I first met Dr. Joy Pritchett in Milledgeville, Georgia when I was living there… I had a little bit of a problem because I’m a pediatrician, I needed to use my stethoscope, and the completely in the ear canal aids caused me to have feedback…Dr. Joy introduced me to Cassie Cohan, again here at Atlanta Hearing Associates, and Cassie was just wonderful to me. She listened to me and understood my needs.”
