Leading vehicle Gap Insurance provider Aequitas Automotive have announced the recruitment of two new marketing specialists to the company. The move comes on the back of a record year for the company, who provide protection products direct to the UK public. The move is essential for the continued growth of Aequitas, as company Director Mark Griffiths explained.
"We welcome the appointments of two new business and marketing specialists to our Aequitas team. Tom Luetchford comes to us with an impressive academic background in business and digital marketing. Tom will join our expanded online marketing team lead by Mark Connor. Nicole Simmons comes to us with a strong journalistic background, and a natural creative flair that perhaps some of our marketing and business strategies have lacked in the past. We have been impressed by Nicole's track record and look forward to her translating her style to our marketing approach.
At Aequitas we took the view nearly 18 months ago, that marketing of specialist products is exactly that, specialist. Therefore we took the bold, and unique decision to take an 'in house' approach to our marketing strategy. The company is best known brands are Easy Gap and GapInsurance123, both of which were highlighted in the Which report into gap protection in 2012. Aequitas Automotive say that the new marketing team will be working on current web based facilities, as well as upcoming new brand and product launches scheduled for the the next six months.
