Winston Benefits is proud to announce the hiring of Jeffrey Sands as Vice President of the Western Region. Sands brings more than 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. For the last ten years, he was a managing director for a large, national general insurance agency, Paragon Partners, where he was responsible for territory development, sales and account management.
Based in Phoenix, AZ, Sands will lead the growing Winston presence on the west coast. He is responsible for business development, with a focus on client solutions for insurance brokerages.
