For the last ten years, he was a managing director for a large, national general insurance agency, Paragon Partners, where he was responsible for territory development, sales and account management.
Based in Phoenix, AZ, Sands will lead the growing Winston presence on the west coast. He is responsible for business development, with a focus on client solutions for insurance brokerages.
