Participants will learn how to create and work with the interactive brainstorming tool in Quality Companion by Minitab®, a software package designed to manage improvement projects from start to finish. Session content is drawn from Minitab’s two-day Quality Companion Essentials course.
This structured brainstorming approach is often more effective than free-form discussion for investigating the cause of a problem. It can be used to identify the potential causes for a particular type of defect, as well as the process inputs that contribute to variation in process output.
To help improvement professionals manage Lean Six Sigma and other projects in one application, Quality Companion includes a wealth of other tools.
