At this point we are including arrest records, but it's possible that there are other things they are looking for.

Denver, CO (PRWEB) February 24, 2013

Mugshots.us.org is starting a large customer feedback program to help refine their marketing efforts and product development, company officials said.

“We know that people use our service for a variety of different reasons,” a company representative said. “But we want to know which reasons matter to them the most. By getting their feedback, we feel that we can better serve their needs.”

The company said they have noticed that some customers search for celebrity mug shots, while others search as part of a background check.

“Are most of the people who use our service trying to screen potential online dates, or are they just trying to see what Lindsay Lohan looked like the last four times she was locked up?” the representative asked. “We just don't know. And asking people is the only way to find out.”

The company will also ask people if there is any additional information they would like to see in the mug shot reports they receive.

“At this point we are including arrest records, but it's possible that there are other things they are looking for,” the representative said. “They may be interested in probation status. They may be interested in marital status. Once we find out what they want, we will find a way to provide it.”

The customers will be asked to give feedback both when they receive their reports and every time they contact the customer service department, the company said.
