It communicates the message that God calls to you and seeks you out each day
FRISCO, Texas (PRWEB) May 13, 2013
In “A Walk in the Garden: A Collection of Spiritual Analogies and Truths” (published by CrossBooks), author Nancy E. Alexander’s new religious novel, readers are presented a collection of analogies and truths inspired by the redeeming and sustaining power of God.
Alexander began to write daily devotionals, as well as journaling her thoughts, ideas and spiritual musings about God’s love for her, after she experienced what she deems a spiritual awakening.
“A Walk in the Garden” presents to readers a spiritual journey 40 years in the making. Each entry ponders an array of themes such as forgiveness, acceptance, renewal, grace, the idea of eternity and miracles. The collection is intended to help readers reflect on their own walk with God. “It communicates the message that God calls to you and seeks you out each day,” states Alexander.
An excerpt from “The Abiding One”:
“The things that mean the most to us sooner or later must be released, for life has a way of moving on. God must understand how much we need to cling to something permanent, for He offers Himself to us and comes to stay.”
