The Bank Operating System and nCino provide true and continued value to a financial institution, as evidenced by the continual enhancement of our core products and the introduction of new features.
Wilmington, NC (PRWEB) February 07, 2013
nCino, LLC, the leader in secure, cloud-based bank operating solutions to the financial services industry, announces the latest update to the Bank Operating System, a cloud-based lending solution that improves transparency and increases overall compliance and efficiency by automating multiple aspects of the loan process across each component of the bank's lending department.
Based on evolving customer expectations, industry trends, and new technical capabilities, nCino implemented several updates to the solution's credit underwriting system, branch management capabilities, relationship statistics function and risk rating review functionality. Key features of the product update allow users to:
- Underwrite loans without having to leave the nCino product;
- Develop financial spread statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and budgets;
- Enjoy complete transparency, reporting and metrics for each individual bank branch;
- View real-time calculations of a relationship that has borrowed or guaranteed money from a financial organization including six default ratios; and
- Create multifaceted risk grade worksheets with more configuration options for risk rating templates
"As compliance requirements and the complexity of a commercial loan increase, a lending department's roles and responsibilities increase as well," said Pierre Naudé, chief executive officer of nCino. "A bank's loan officer does not have the luxury of additional time, however. That is where the Bank Operating System and nCino provide true and continued value to a financial institution, as evidenced by the continual enhancement of our core products and the introduction of new features."
"As an nCino customer we are looking forward to the latest Bank Operating System update. These enhancements will allow us to better manage exposure and metrics around specific relationships, borrowers, and guarantors, while also helping us track concentrations within the portfolio," said David Lucht, Chief Risk Officer for Live Oak Bank.
The product release, code named "Pinehurst", is being rolled out to current nCino banking customers and is included in the Bank Operating System solution for new nCino customers. Additional information on the release is available at http://www.ncino.com/release
