Phoenix, Arizona (PRWEB) January 03, 2013
zoomStand, the tablet and portable laptop stand you can use with any device, anywhere you go, will be debuting at the 2013 International CES® from January 8th to January 11th, 2013. zoomStand will be located at Eureka Park, a specialized TechZone exhibit area, within The Venetian at Booth #74004.
zoomStand will be unveiling their first manufactured prototype to the public at the event, which entered into a patent pending status from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) last month.
The International CES is owned and produced by the Consumer Electronics Association, an influential trade association whose mission is to grow the consumer electronics industry. One of the largest events within the industry, the International CES will be attended by thousands of prominent companies showcasing innovative technologies along with over five thousand media personnel from across the globe and venture capitalists looking for their next investment within the tech space.
zoomStand’s vision is to enable consumers to always be ergonomically correct when using their tablet or laptop, or at least comfortable whether they are sitting at their desk, laying in bed or standing.
zoomStand is compatible with nearly all laptops, netbooks and tablet devices which is possible by the modular design that allows the base to be widened or shortened, depending on its application. The four telescoping legs are 360 degrees adjustable and can be extended to a height of 42 inches, allowing zoomStand to also be used as a portable standing desk. When on the go, zoomStand collapses down and easily fits into a backpack or laptop bag, weighing in at 3.5 pounds in its full size configuration.
Chris Piper, Chief Marketing Officer at zoomStand, stated, “We couldn’t be more ecstatic to debut our prototype at CES alongside some of the same laptops and tablets that can be used in conjunction with zoomStand. We’ve developed this product to truly make a positive impact in people’s lives and hope we are able to leverage our exposure from CES to push zoomStand to the market in 2013.”
zoomStand plans to offer additional accessories that will work with the existing modular design, further expanding on the range of uses zoomStand has and the devices it supports.
