Pupolicious is a company that provides healthy make-at-home dog snacks. They recently launched a new recipe for their pet snacks; peanut butter dog treats. PupoLicious also offers its standard brand of homemade dog biscuits, including a special holiday version, as well as gluten-free snacks for dogs that are allergic to wheat.
These homemade dog snacks contain no artificial additives, preservatives or colors, and no added sugar. They are made of 100 percent natural ingredients and can be ordered online and shipped anywhere in the United States.
“Now we’re in an age where people are very aware of what they put into their bodies,” says Teresa Koch, CFO of PupoLicious. “We think the same should be true for our pets and there’s no reason why a dog shouldn’t be able to have a healthy diet.”
The treats come in a dry mix, packaged in an airtight bag. After adding water and oil, the treats are laid out on a sheet. The next step is to cut into bone-shaped snacks with a cookie-cutter that is included in the package.
Two sizes of cookie cutters are available: one for small dogs and one for medium-sized and large dogs. Each bag of mix makes around 25-50 treats.
The homemade dog biscuits are baked in a conventional oven and are ready in just a few minutes. Many dogs love the icing that can be added to the snacks and just like the dog treats; the icing contains no artificial ingredients, sugar or colors.
“Making homemade dog biscuits is an easy and fun project for the whole family,” Koch says. “Plus, these snacks are a healthy alterative for your dog. In order to provide a little variety, we just added peanut butter dog treats. For dogs with wheat allergies, we make wheat free dog treats. We offer treats for any type of dog.”
Pupolicious produces healthy, fun and nutritious dog snacks that are made at home by pet owners. New products include peanut butter dog treats and wheat-free dog treats.
