Prior to her work with Quint, she ran a successful boutique consulting firm for 8 years, and leverages over 20 years in the industry, with in depth expertise in ITSM strategy, Knowledge Management, Support operations, and organizational change management. She is going into her 4th year as a track chair for their annual conference, and teaches and speaks at this event annually.
