For the month of December,homes for sale in Fox River Grove have increased in the amount of closed sale activity and market time. This area has decreased in number of new listings, median sales price and its month supply of inventory. In December 2010, Fox River Grove had only 2 traditional properties close. This month of closed sales has been more active having 2 traditional, 2 REO and one Short Sale property closed. Out of the last three Decembers, this year ended with Fox River Grove closing its first Short Sale property.
