The U. S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports there are 12 million unemployed. The Bureau also reports there are 3.7 million jobs vacant, of which only 2 million are top executive jobs. Overall, that’s a 7:1 ratio of available talent to vacant jobs.
Yet with all these talented people on the street, recruiters still can’t find the workers they need. The right workers, that is.
That’s no surprise when you consider how time-challenged recruiters are to go find talent.
