The launch of the site allows customers to easily navigate all brands and types of jewelry through a user friendly and straightforward interface.
Rogers Jewelers included a Product Knowledge base with the site in order to answer any questions the customer may have before purchase. Some new features include a copious and thorough explanation of all aspects of jewelry, a flip-able, click to buy feature on the online catalog, and usable widgets to find out what size ring you need to buy.
“We decided to retool and re-engineer our entire e-commerce website so that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. Additionally, Rogers Jewelers installed security measures to protect customer information. When customers submit sensitive information via the website (such as Credit Card Data), the customer’s information is protected both online and offline. Customers verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of the web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
The release of the new website will provide comfort and ease for every online shopper on the Rogers Jewelers website. The new features educate the customer as if the customer were with an in store salesperson. Rogers implemented these changes to better serve both online and offline customers.
