Full text like searches - User can type in a search term in a single search box and a the term will be searched across all columns of different tables. For example a user can type in a phone number, tax code, a person’s first name or a portion of an email address and the ERP will find any matching companies, sites (company branches) or address book contacts.
Google maps integration - All addresses in the system are integrated with google maps. The user can see all branches of a given customer represented with markers on a google map embedded in the JavaFX application. Markers are automatically clustered to highlight and drill down to locations where multiple markers are present in a small amount of space. Users can obtain google map directions from their current site to any address in the system.
Cloud based Document Management - Documents managed by the ERP are stored in google drive allowing system administrators to perform light database backups. A document mirroring framework allows google drive documents to be mirrored in a local network for fast document fetching.
Online User Dashboard - A logged in user dashboard offers system admins a view of all logged in users and the ability to communicate by email.
