SEATTLE, Washington (PRWEB) November 18, 2012
The Springboard Academy, a Seattle-based professional development company that helps people accelerate their success, today announced the beginning of its Winter term in January 2013 for the Leadership Training Program. Classes in this program teach men and women how to move up in their organizations and their professions, and be noticed in a positive way.
“We teach skills and tools that can be applied at any level, but often aren’t taught anywhere else,” said Margo Myers, Springboard Academy Executive Director. “Our classes are designed for professionals who want to ‘up their game’ and really excel in their organization.”
The Springboard Academy team designed the Leadership Training Program for people who want to advance in their career, learn how to bring in new business, aid in a career transition, or find new opportunities. Specific classes teach how to define an individual brand, how to become a better leader, as well as improve presentation and networking skills. Students leave each session energized and equipped with tools and techniques they can put to use immediately.
“The list of what I have gained from being a participant is extensive: instruction in public speaking, business etiquette, how to discover and be true to my brand, leadership and mentoring skills,” said Dr. Sima Kahn, a Springboard graduate. “I whole-heartedly recommend the program to anyone wanting to launch, accelerate, or transition their career.”
Tuition is $250 per month and students can attend multiple classes taught by expert faculty during that time. Springboard holds classes at the Pacific Market Center, 5th floor, 6100 4th Avenue South, Seattle, and there is plenty of free parking.
In addition to the Leadership Training Program, the Springboard Academy provides workshops and programs for corporations, as well as personal coaching. More information is available here: http://www.thespringboardacademy.com/leadership-training-program
