Now live, the new website allows customers to view the restaurant's menu, as well as map out Brannan’s location. Brannan's Grill is also anticipating its first YouTube video, which will be up in time for the Thanksgiving holiday. The video will detail the hands-on, step-by-step instructions for carving the perfect holiday turkey.
In addition to updates and changes to its Web presence, Napa’s best restaurant is saying good-bye to chef Nick Petrulli and is welcoming his replacement, chef Thomas Hartwell
"We are very pleased to announce that Thomas Hartwell, formerly executive sous chef at ZuZu in Napa, is assuming the position of executive chef at Brannan’s Grill on Oct. 4. There is an interesting historical connection there in that Thomas and I both worked together almost 30 years ago at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco. At the time, Thomas was a young extern from the City College of San Francisco's culinary arts program, and I was the (much younger) manager of the Compass Rose, now restaurant Michael Mina. We are very excited to be reunited at this point in our careers, and we look forward to what Thomas will bring to the table," Mark Young of Brannan's Grill said.
