Woburn, MA (PRWEB) January 03, 2013

Daimer Industries, Inc.®, the industry's most respected brand of U.S. fabricated cleaning systems, including such technologies as highly robust pressure washer equipment, heavy-duty electric pressure washer machines, power-enhanced gas pressure washer machines, multipurpose car wash equipment, and other significant and varied products with over 700 total versions sold to customers across 200 nations worldwide, is now offering the Super Max™ 7000 with the company's special Steam Nozzle Optimized™ (SNO™) technology. The machine offers higher temperatures and more varied spray configurations than any other brand in the world. The powerful pressure washing equipment is specifically designed for use within commercial and industrial environments.

“Tough cleaning jobs in industrial and commercial areas demand the use of high pressure levels and high temperatures. The use of heated power washer systems offer clear benefits over other conventional cleaning machines,” says Daimer Industries, Inc.® spokesman Matthew Baratta. “Daimer® is proud to launch in the Super Max™ 7000 our sophisticated Steam Nozzle Optimized™ (SNO™) technology for enhanced operation by system users. Daimer® continues to be innovative and offers pressure washer features to help operators clean faster and maximize productivity. Our customers demand excellence, and we work hard to integrate outstanding functionality to make their jobs easier.”

Applications, such as graffiti removal from brick, dried dirt and mud from driveways or grease, oil, and food build-up from metal surfaces, usually demands lots of time and effort. The results produced by scrubbing techniques are far from satisfactory. This is the primary reason why cleaning experts now choose powerful steam pressure washer systems to tackle such challenging applications.

The Super Max™ 7000 dynamic commercial pressure washer from Daimer® offers pressure levels of 1000 psi and flow rates of 2.5 gpm. Many tasks, such as industrial degreasing, require high temperatures. Tri-mode temperature options in the Super Max™ 7000 enable the ejection of cold water, wet steam or hot water as per the user's specific needs. High-grade stainless steel heater exchange coils in the power wash system ensures conversion of cold water into wet steam or hot water in approximately 30 seconds.

Steam Nozzle Optimized™ (SNO™) technology is one of the most notable aspects of the Super Max™ 7000. Unlike conventional pressure washers that feature a single nozzle for steam, all the nozzles available with the Super Max™ 7000 commercial pressure washer work in wet steam mode. The generation of steam at high temperatures for all spray patterns results in improved versatility for users. In addition, Daimer®'s unique Super-Hot™ technology enables the ejection of steam at consistently high temperatures for long periods of use. The electric pressure washer can create temperatures up to a safe, but blistering 330ºF, the industry's highest temperature.

The electric-powered, propane-heated industrial pressure washer also features innovative Adjustable Temperature Control™ (ATC™), which allows users to simply dial temperatures for different cleaning applications. For instance, while hot water at temperatures in the range 180-200ºF will do well for more routine floor cleaning tasks, industrial machinery grease removal may demand the use of considerably higher temperatures. Much hotter temperatures coupled with higher pressure levels also make the machine ideal for applications such as popular car detailing, chewing gum removal, kitchen degreasing, exhaust hood cleaning, and many others.

Like all other cleaning equipment from Daimer®, the Super Max™ 7000 hot water pressure washer boasts high-grade construction. The housing of the system is made of high-gloss, powder-coated steel that is aesthetically appealing and durable as well. The system is also chip and chemical resistant. The heavy-gauge stainless steel heating coils last longer than traditional aluminum coils used by other brands, and ensure consistent performance for many years.

To ensure maximum versatility, the Super Max™ 7000 comes with multiple steam nozzles. The durable, trigger wand included with the system helps simplify the toughest of cleaning applications. Daimer®'s pressure cleaner equipment comes with Long Hose Technology™ (LHT™) for user convenience. Operators who require more than the standard hose length of 25 feet may purchase additional or customizable hose lengths even up to several hundred feet without any loss of temperature or flow rate.
