ViUX adds a new “Enterprise” plan to MightyCall Receptionist virtual phone service for small businesses and entrepreneurs who need to project a professional business image.
MightyCall Reception (Enterprise) is $50 per month for up to five toll-free or local phone numbers, including optional vanity number(s) – and supports both unlimited minutes and users. The "Enterprise" plan is a recent addition to the prior “Entrepreneur” and “Unlimited” plans of MightyCall Receptionist, which are $10 and $30 per month (respectively).
ViUX has added the Enterprise plan to MightyCall Receptionist to better support those needing multiple phone lines, as it was noticed that this was a common need for many that were seeking the new virtual phone service from ViUX.
ViUX along with Infratel, its partner for Mightycall Receptionist, are also reviewing other possible feature and functionality additions to further improve the virtual phone service based upon customer feedback.
All three plan levels of the service are completely integrated into the ViUX control panel at: hsp.viux.com/cp/ - so the services can be managed directly at this location and/or from mightycall.com.
The service can be ordered online from http://mightycall.viux.com – and services are provisioned automatically within minutes of order submission. Customers can then login and pick their number(s), setup rules for call handling and routing, record greetings, etc. Existing phone numbers can even be ported over to the system for a one-time fee of $35 per line.
MightyCall Receptionist was originally released by ViUX in April 2013 after partnering with Infratel and working together on a seamless integration into the billing and control panel system (Parallels Business Automation) used by ViUX.
